Reporting a bug
Export problems are the hardest to reproduce blind, so the more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- Browser and version — Chrome 141, Safari 18, and so on. Export support varies a lot between them.
- Operating system — encoder availability differs between macOS, Windows and Linux.
- What you were exporting — format, aspect ratio, resolution, and roughly how long the track was.
- What happened instead — including anything the editor showed you, such as a notice saying the file was saved as WebM rather than MP4.
Please do not send the audio or video file itself. Audioframe never receives your media by design, and a bug report should not be the exception to that.
Feature requests
The roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for. Requests that describe the outcome you want — "I need the waveform to sit behind my podcast artwork without covering the logo" — are more useful than ones that specify a control, because there is often a better way to get there than the one that first comes to mind.

Questions about what is collected, or requests relating to your data, are covered in the Privacy Policy — including how to withdraw analytics consent. If something there is unclear, ask.
